TUI Travel PLC is an international leisure travel group listed on the London Stock Exchange. It was formed on 3 September 2007 by the merger of First Choice Holidays PLC and the Tourism Division of TUI AG, which owns 55.74% It is headquartered in Crawley, West Sussex, England.
