Tate & Lyle plc is a British-based multinational agribusiness. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index as of 20 June 2011. On 1 July 2010, its iconic sugar refining and golden syrup business was sold to American Sugar Refining.
