Nicholas William Peter Clegg (born 7 January 1967) is a British politician who was the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Lord President of the Council from 2010 to 2015 in the Coalition Government led by Prime Minister David Cameron. Clegg was the Leader of the Liberal Democrats from 2007 to 2015 and has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Sheffield Hallam since 2005. [1]
