NHS Employers was formed in 2004 by the NHS Confederation and their director is Dean Royles. They represent HR Directors within National Health Service (NHS) trusts in England and inform employers about healthcare issues and workforce news. They also provide advice, information and help facilitate networks amongst employers. NHS Employers is a registered charity and is part of the NHS Confederation. [1]
