Michael James Nazir-Ali (born 19 August 1949) is a Pakistani-born British Anglican bishop. He was the 106th Bishop of Rochester in the Church of England from 1994 until his resignation in September 2009, taking a new position as director of the Oxford Centre for Training, Research, Advocacy and Dialogue. He holds dual citizenship of both Pakistan and Britain. [1]
