Colin Berkeley Moynihan, 4th Baron Moynihan (born 13 September 1955) is a British Olympic coxswain, businessman, Conservative politician and sports administrator. Colin Moynihan (or Lord Moynihan, as he is formally styled) served as chairman of the British Olympic Association (BOA) from 2005–2012. [1]
