City and Islington College, known as Candi, is a further education college in the London Borough of Islington, England, with five major sites. It is a member of the 157 Group of highly successful Further Education colleges in England, of which its principal, Frank McLoughlin CBE, was the first Chair. In 2005 the College completed a £64 million building programme. [1]
